I don't like to have a lot of kitchen counter clutter so I was so happy to find this product. I read a bunch of the reviews ahead of time so I went ahead and secured it with the screws so it wouldn't go anywhere. I love this thing so much that I bought a second one so both my husband and I can have our own coffees in our own holders. The design is sleek and I love being able to have a bunch of different flavored coffees right by my Keurig without having a pile of different boxes on the counter.The one tip I would like to pass on is to open and close the holder by using the front bar only. Otherwise it can go up cockeyed and not close up flat.

This was easy to install. After reading other reviews I decided to use the included screws. The bottom of my cabinet has a rough texture so I doubt the adhesive would have held very long. I did use it to keep the rack in place while I screwed it in. I love that it keeps my countertop clutter free. Very nice item. The BUT is about the self (non)sticky tape provided. Had it installed about my wine glasses. In the middle of the night it fell down. It comes with screws USE THEM!!!Will look for another though.

I love the idea was exactly what I was looking for to store KCups out of the way without taking up valuable counter top or cabinet space. I can't see the sticky tape being practical so I also used the screws.My real complaint is that it doesn't come down smoothly/easily enough. It requires too much force to open. To me, this means it will eventually loosen the screws.
I would pay more for a better engineered product. I just think the movement isn't smooth enough and forces more wear/tear on the unit than should be necessary. a full 5 stars if it had a smooth/gliding movement instead of the forcefull/stiff/jerky pull required to yank it down.

Great knife. If you take care of your knives, and keep them in a case in the drawer, these will last forever. I only own two knives, this one and the 7 inch Santoku. I use the Chef's knife the most! Recommend getting the plastic cases which will protect them in the drawer. The handle and balance is great. Haven't even sharpened it yet. Washes easily. I have small hands which is why I went with the 6-inch as opposed to the 8-inch. Don't buy a knife block with 9 knives. Just buy a good chef's knife and a pearing knife and you'll be good to go.If you only had one knife to choose this should be it. The size is perfect for most of your kitchen chores. I currently own between 15 and 20 henckels knives of differing sizes and shapes and i find myself using this one much more then alll the others. The quality is typical henckels.Perfect balance,easy to work with,durable,etc. ,etc.If this one ever wears out i wouldn't even consider another brand or style but would immediately buy another

I have been looking for a really good fillet knife for several years. I wish I had the money I spent on all the fillet knives I have purchased. I was always dissatisfied with the edge retention on even some of the higher end brands. I finally decided to go with a battery operated fillet knife and it does a pretty good job. This knife was suggested and I was fore warned that it would NOT be a cheap purchase. I bit the bullet and ordered the knife and went with the custom blade after reading the reviews. When the knife arrived I was pleased with the flexibility and the keen edge and scarey sharp point. I finally managed to clean a few fish after a recent trip and was pleased with the edge retention, I did use a leather strop on the knife prior to use. (I didn't have to stop half way through the filleting process and sharpen it). As I said it is not a cheap purchase and like any good knife does require a minimum of maintenance (i.e do not store it in the a wet leather sheave, clean it thoroughly after use... common sense things) to maintain this high quality knife. I will be going on a Canadian fishing trip this summer and will put the knife through a very vigorous usage. I will update my review after the prolonged "test".

This setup is perfect without overdoing it. Has all the key pieces we want, without including a bunch of pieces we'll never use.
